At VariaMode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
-
Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
-
Have all original tags and packaging attached.
-
Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
-
Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
-
Underwear and intimate apparel.
-
Items marked as final sale.
-
Gift cards.
-
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Send us your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and, if the issue is confirmed, provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our customer service team with:
-
Your order number.
-
The reason for the return.
-
Photos of the item when applicable.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another situation where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges may be subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:
-
Check your bank account again.
-
Contact your payment provider.
-
Contact us if the refund still has not appeared.
We will be happy to assist you.
9. Order Cancellations
